  • 5+ years' related Sales experience
  • 2+ Inside Sales experience

  • Ability to go door to door to educate homeowners
  • Great In-person and over-the-phone Sales Conversation Skills, such as actively listening and feel/felt/found objection handling

  • Ability to recruit, train and retain sales talent on the team

Responsibilities
  • Qualifying Prospects for Solar
  • Generates demand and appointments in Solar sales
  • Manages the Territory Management and Assignment of sales teams
  • Delivers Training and Coaching for the team
  • Recruit and retain top lead generation talent in the industry
  • Interviews candidates and makes hiring decisions
  • Develops and manages the performance of the canvassing team(s)
  • Monthly Team Sit(s) Quota: 12 per head, Goal of 8+ Canvassers
  • Monthly Team Sales Quota: 4 per head, Goal of 8+ Canvassers
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in residential solar is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
