Requirements
  • 2+ years Customer Success Management experience in the high touch enterprise segment
  • 4+ years experience in customer facing roles with a stellar track record, ranging from technology, data, pre-sales, consulting, product or technical account management, interacting with leaders at enterprise Fortune 500 companies
  • Passionate about helping customers solve their business problems with data
  • Experience leveraging a Customer Success Platform like Gainsight, Churnzero, etc. to adhere to best practices and extend your reach as a CSM
  • Industry experience/exposure to ETL, Cloud Data Integration, Analytics, Databases, SQL
  • Great customer facing skills coming from roles like consulting, pre-sales, technology advisory, product management or technical account management
  • Knowledge of, experience working with products on one or more of the cloud computing platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • A technical background, with hands-on experience delivering solutions using a cloud data platform or similar: Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle, under different project management styles
  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT projects & processes
  • Strong Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Align with and demonstrate Matillion core values
  • Be able to travel to meet with customers, post-pandemic travel conditions permitting
  • An intersection of technical skill and first class customer communication
  • Ability to draw out and understand a customer's unique technical requirements and business goals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Guide customers proactively along their Data Integration, lifecycle journeys using Matillion products
  • Manage a book of Enterprise customers, driving account growth and health
  • Deliver on key Success Management best practices for accounts across the segmentation model including success plans, QBRs, health tracking, playbooks, etc
  • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Matillion's Product team
