  • Graduate of a college, university, or trade school.
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of management experience.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Have critical and logical thinking skills to support sound decision-making.
  • Have open availability to work in a retail operation whose branches are open 7 days a week.
  • Be able to work in office and production environments and outdoors in hot and cold temperatures.
Responsibilities
  • Rotate through major functions and sites, including the call center, dispatch, car purchasing and sales, marketing, customer service, operations, systems and tools, accident and injury investigation, training, and health and safety.
  • Lead operations in a branch, including yard management and the depollution process.
  • Lead retail activities in a branch, including assisting customers with purchasing, locating products in the yard, and recommending appropriate warranty options.
  • Support vehicle purchasing and sales transactions by ensuring processes are followed and required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Identify and access relevant information efficiently while ensuring required documentation and processes are completed.
  • Coach and support employees in their daily activities to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Support leadership in investigating workplace incidents, documenting findings, and contributing to corrective action plans that strengthen safety protocols.
  • Complete mandatory training on AIM Campus.
  • Develop an understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and proactive safety practices.
