Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of litigation/claims documents to identify policy and claims details accurately.
  • Process litigation/claims documents in a client portal, including tasks like opening, categorizing, archiving, and distributing materials to clients.
  • Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
  • Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
  • Assist in managing incoming calls requiring additional by gathering information from caller and directing callers to the appropriate resource.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC's products and markets.
  • Offer administrative support to management as required.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
