Job Description:
The Practice: Denver Family Medicine/Colorado Physician Partners seeks 1 APP to join our well established clinic with 4 Physician and 3 APP. Colorado Physician Partners/CP2 has served its community by delivering value-based, compassionate healthcare. Today, CP2 has joined forces with Alpine Physician Partners to reinforce its vision, mission, and core values.

The Position:
- 1.0FTE opportunity – 36 patient facing hours/week
- 10-18 patients per day
- Shared call schedule
- EHR - Allscripts
Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
