  • Minimum of 5+ years with call center operations management of a remote workforce
  • Healthcare Sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate effectively in web-based platforms such as DocuSign, Salesforce, and JIRA
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare sales and call center operations
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to effectively prioritize operational needs
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the performance and optimization of New York CDPAP and LHCSA enrollment operations
  • Maximize growth strategies by building a substantial pipeline and leveraging relationships with health plans and referral sources
  • Drive effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the business to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare operations
  • Manage and improve operational metrics to ensure a high level of service
  • Oversee team of Managers contributing to the enrollment of CDPAP services for patients/caregivers
  • Drive a high performing team through coaching, mentoring, and goal setting
  • Oversee training and development opportunities for all levels to foster a supportive work environment
  • Provide strategic evaluation to optimize workforce composition for enhanced operational efficiency
