Requirements
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience leading web development with a track record of successfully leading web development projects
  • Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Strong proficiency in back-end technologies and web services (e.g., Node.js, Kotlin, Python, RESTful APIs)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deep understanding of web security best practices and principles
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
  • Building new and enhancing existing experiences and features for the website and registration flows
  • Optimizing the registration process through full-stack experiments and features
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the growth engine and experimentation platform
  • Scaling and enhancing backend services to evolve with new feature requests and support the growing user base
  • Improving the reliability and availability of the platform supporting families and partners
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
