- Completed master craftsman's examination in automotive technology or a comparable trade.
- Practical experience in vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to work standing and walking for up to eight hours per day.
- Automotive master technician or automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification; foreign qualifications can be supported through recognition.
- Serve as the technical contact person in the workshop and support workshop management in daily operations.
- Take technical responsibility for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of vehicles ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles.
- Support workshop management with organization and daily operational processes.
- Guide and provide technical support to mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Assist with complex diagnoses and technical questions.
- Perform hands-on work in the workshop.
- Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday in an early and late two-shift system.
