Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role/field (business development, partnerships, sales or customer success)
  • A natural relationship builder – confident working with both internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Knowledge of AWS is a big plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who’s proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Personal qualities: humble, curious, driven, and quick to learn
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and can find a path through ambiguity
Responsibilities
  • Build awareness – run and suggest events, workshops and sessions that showcase Cutover within the partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, SIs) and their customers
  • Enable partners & teams – help train and enable partner teams to drive co-sell activity, and make sure our internal Sales, CSM, SE and Marketing teams have the right partner resources (like AWS training)
  • Generate leads together – design joint activities with partners and internal teams (immersion days, demos, joint events, sponsorships) that create opportunities, and keep track of pipeline progression
  • Own pipeline activity – log and manage all opportunities in Salesforce and AWS ACE, follow up on leads, and support Sales in moving deals forward quickly – including helping customers transact via AWS Marketplace
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – keep the business aligned on partner activities, ensuring execs and GTM teams have clear visibility and stay in sync
