Position Overview
The ATM Operations Analyst position is responsible for the monitoring Old Second’s ATM fleet, cash logistics, system related customer service issues and other duties as they relate to efficient ATM operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitor ATM transactions with the utilization of Star Station to identify system issues, dispenser malfunctions, cash levels and any other atm servicing matters.
- Provide technical support and guidance, problem solving and troubleshooting pertaining to existing and new system functionality to internal and external clients and partners.
- Track, monitor, and respond to system servicing issues including cash levels, supplies, and usage through various software. including Burroughs E-Access, Dispatch Manager, Aptra Exchange, Moniview, and ATM Manager Pro. Respond to these needs in a timely manner by anticipating servicing needs based on reports.
- Provide escalated balancing support for ATMs, particularly for those branches who balance their own machines. Resolve customer service issues promptly as they relate to ATM operations.
- Coordinates repairs and troubleshooting of all ATMs.
- Assists Operations and Facilities departments regarding ATM implementation and installation.
- Works with direct manager in the oversight of all ATM outage and recovery efforts.
- Provides support in the oversight of the execution of all change management activities.
- Participates in job specific training and other various Bank training programs, as necessary.
- Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations.
- Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML.
- Prevents, detects and investigates suspicious card activity to minimize fraud loss.
- Coordinate with vendor for retrieval and installation of portable machines for local events.
- Participate in any department projects, as needed.
Additional Responsibilities of Senior level
- Manages a higher volume of transactions.
- Assist the Card Services and ATM Manager with the closure of audit and compliance related matters.
- Serves as an EFT Payment & ATM Subject Matter Expert to others within department and across functions.
- Monitoring Ensenta queue for deposit information and check images to mitigate deposit risk and fraud queues for Master Card Connect and Pulse.
- Participates in the training and support of new team members.
Minimum Requirements – All levels
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years of experience working with ATM Operations function; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of ATM hardware and software from ATM vendors including Hyosung, NCR, Burroughs, etc.
- This position requires the incumbent to work onsite on a daily basis to perform the regular responsibilities of the role.
Minimum Requirements – Senior Level
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years of direct experience working within the ATM/Debit Card function; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of ATM hardware and software from ATM vendors including Hyosung, NCR, Burroughts, etc.
- This position requires the incumbent to work onsite on a daily basis to perform the regular responsibilities of the role.
Competencies
- Ability to adapt to new technology and be proficient in its operation.
- Previous ATM experience.
- Ability to learn, understand and apply the information contained in company manuals, policies and practices relating to ATMs.
- Ability to cooperate with others and work as part of a team.
- Ability to readily adapt in response to changes in schedule and work priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Old Second is committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Pay is dependent upon the pay range and the incumbent’s knowledge, skills and experience.
Level 1
Base pay: $20.10-$25.10

Base Pay: $22.10 - $27.50
