About the role

As a Product Designer on Applied’s design team, it will be your role to understand and solve the deeply complex workflows of our users—software engineers who develop autonomous vehicles. These engineers rely on our tools every day to test and improve the safety of their vehicles, and we are in constant contact with them to ensure our UX solutions are making an impact. We ship new software versions every 5 weeks, which means our design process is built around speed. Designers at Applied are highly collaborative while also being individually responsible for business critical objectives.

At Applied, you will:

We’re looking for someone who has:

3+ years of relevant product design experience
Shipped software in fast-paced, technical environments
Strong written communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry
Experience creating user research studies and strategy

The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
