Requirements
- Experience in the digital ad technology in a demand or publisher sales or account management role with proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment
- You're a “hunter”: Persistent, with advanced negotiation skills and experience with long-term sales cycles
- Entrepreneur minded: Thanks to your digital market understanding, you have strategic insight and strong business acumen
- You have proven creative problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Sales driven: Strong communication and public speaking skills and you act as an evangelist for Equativ solutions, to put together compelling pitches or business cases
- International orientation: keen to work in an international / multicultural environment. Must be willing to travel and be involved with the broader business development community
- During your first month gain a full understanding of our products and team operations
- After three months you will be a trusted Publisher Development Director to our clients and have the responsibility to own a book of business
- In six months your skills will be sharp and you can handle your territory, book of business and prospects without challenges
Responsibilities
- Identify key Publisher/Broadcaster opportunities and present the Equativ ad serving and ad monetization value proposition (SSP)
- Set, meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing your sales opportunities in new accounts
- Be a strong representative of the vision of the company and be able to share it and convince decision making publisher clients
- Keep abreast of the industry, market, competition, competitive issues and products

- Knowledge of the publishers and media owners and current or recent experience in a video centric publisher facing ad technology role is a
