Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and continuously refine the ABM strategy to target and nurture high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing email, web, gifting, social, events, and direct mail.
  • Partner with sales to build and execute personalized marketing strategies that drive interaction and conversion, providing critical insights for outreach and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to uncover their unique pain points, needs, and opportunities, driving more targeted and precise marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to produce customized materials and assets that directly address the specific challenges and objectives of target accounts.
  • Track, analyze, and report ABM campaign performance metrics, offering data-informed recommendations to optimize future campaigns and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Leverage and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms to enhance the efficiency and success of account-based marketing.
  • Collaborate with events, digital marketing, and other teams to integrate ABM tactics into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on the latest ABM best practices, emerging tools, and industry innovations, sharing insights with the broader teams to maintain cutting-edge marketing approaches.
  • Provide general and flexible marketing support for cross-functional projects as needed, contributing to the success of various initiatives.
