  • Assist in defining and developing tooling to minimize the cost of maintaining fleets of scanning robots
  • Deploy robots to new store environments, coordinate with customer staff, survey store layout, and validate correctness of scanner routes
  • Maintain reliable data-collection operations, troubleshoot as necessary, provide support to customer field staff, and review navigation situations generated by shelf-scanning robots
  • Assist in improving processes to deploy and maintain robots, create and maintain detailed documentation, and debug issues encountered in the store
