Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a networking or security company in a technical role such as product marketing.
  • Understand the nuances of security solutions and how they map to customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • You will facilitate conversations to help clarify customer goals, Client positioning, and understanding of our products/ solutions.
  • Manage pre-planning conferences with sales teams and customers to clarify customer and account team goals.
  • Manage positive and collaborative relationships with other departments and subject matter experts across multiple organizations; refine briefing documents and presentations.
  • Participate in planning sessions that support high quality procedures for briefing execution.
  • Work with fellow Briefing professionals and teams in growing programs that support client briefing experience.
