Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience selling into Lifestyle, Beauty & Department stores accounts such as Neiman Marcus, Sephora, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's
  • Existing relationships within key retailers, especially Sephora
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Comfortable in a start-up organization that is scaling
  • Excellent presentation skills and competent with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity
  • Independent self-starter able to self-motivate and drive the business forward
Responsibilities
  • Develop a positive business relationship with partners in the Lifestyle & Beauty vertical and strategically and tactically manage key joint business planning priorities to drive revenue and profitability
  • Identify, develop and onboard select, new strategically aligned partners
  • Present and launch New Products across partners and create marketing and activation plans that set the partnership up for a high volume of sales
  • Be influential in the development of the Theraface brand and other new products through leveraging your lifestyle and beauty industry expertise to bring new category, consumer and competitive insights into the organization
  • Work cross-functionally with internal resources; sales, finance, marketing, customer experience, PR and education to represent the needs of your partners and integrate internal plans into your greater commercial strategy
  • Accurately report and forecast the business including monthly sales, promotions, and marketing spend. Partner with Finance and Accounting to determine vertical, partner and SKU-level profitability and then develop plans for optimization
  • Partner with Retail Marketing to promote higher velocity sell-through and customer acquisition and support data analytics for activation measurement
  • Work with internal teams to ensure proper support to drive your business goals
  • Be the spokesperson for your vertical and communicate market, consumer and competitive insights to assist the leadership team to HQ on an ongoing basis
