Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development/Effectiveness, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in talent development or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent development strategies and initiatives
  • Previous experience working with senior leaders & executives to drive talent development initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing employees
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive talent development framework and infrastructure supporting the four pillars
  • Actively support the organization’s capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness through planned preventions and interventions in the areas of change, culture and team health
  • Drive the design, development and execution of leadership, management and employee training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and business performance
  • Oversee the design and implementation of talent development processes, including talent review & succession, executive coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Ensure state-of-the-art delivery of all talent development services and offerings through robust operations management
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers
  • Design and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive culture
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and make recommendations for continuous improvement to drive organizational performance
  • Partner with senior leadership to align talent development strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change and transformation
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree/PhD highly preferred
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and talent development software (HRIS: Workday; LMS: Docebo)
