Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $76,350.00/Yr. - USD $127,250.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

• Providing advanced word processing, document formatting, and administrative support for DoD program offices
• Preparing briefing packages, maintaining document control, and ensuring compliance with formatting and security standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active DoD Top Secret (or higher)
• Three or more productive years in advanced word‑processing/administrative support (SCA III)
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar

Desired Skills

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF creation, redaction)
• Ability to apply DoD document‑control procedures, versioning, and classification markings
• Strong attention to detail; capable of producing error‑free, highly formatted documents under tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple concurrent deliverables

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

Travel Requirements

• Domestic travel up to 10% of the year (≈ 2 weeks)
• International travel less than 5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
