Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, focusing on features and services that enhance the provider experience and improve transactions with payors.
  • Provide the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate our value proposition to healthcare providers.
  • Gather feedback from providers, conduct interviews, and analyze usage data to inform marketing strategies and product development, ensuring our offerings resonate with provider needs.
  • Partner with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, go-to-market plans, and growth initiatives focused on the provider experience.
  • Develop educational and persuasive content that demonstrates how our platform simplifies healthcare payments and improves operational efficiency for providers.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on expanding our provider base and enhancing their experience.
  • Identify and build relationships with key industry partners to enhance our platform offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
