  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Prior accounting experience and/or have recruited for accounting roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the accounting and finance industry is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients in the accounting and finance industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to understand our clients' hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue and new business growth
