Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • The $68.9 million VAEC polypharmacy contract provides five years of backlog.
  • SEWP VI and OASIS+ vehicles open larger recompete pools across civilian agencies.
  • Recent acquisitions strengthen cross-sell into cybersecurity, cloud, and healthcare technology missions.

What critics are saying

  • VA concentration is extreme: 94% of tracked obligations came from one March 2026 contract.
  • The polypharmacy VA deal starts September 2026, leaving execution slippage risk before revenue ramps.
  • Rapid acquisition integration under Renovus raises culture and retention risk across Artemis, Miracle, and Veterans Engineering.

What makes Aretum unique

  • Aretum bundled Veterans Engineering in December 2025, expanding VA, DHS, State, and DHA reach.
  • Rohit Gupta, former Artemis Consulting leader, drives AI, cloud, and digital transformation positioning.
  • NASA SEWP VI Category B win in August 2026 broadens federal task-order access.
