About The Role & Team
As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will help guide our enterprise customers in leveraging Amplitude to power their digital product experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with Business Unit Leaders, Chief Product Officers, Product Leaders, Data Leaders and more! You will help drive business and technical discoveries, and lead winning proof steps to creatively position Amplitude’s value in the context of their business. In short, you’ll be the face of Amplitude to some of the world’s most interesting and innovative businesses!

As a Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Function as subject matter expert on Amplitude’s suite of products including product analytics, experimentation, audiences and our customer data platform
- Couple your product expertise and competitive knowledge with your strong sales acumen to proactively and accurately identify pain and decision criteria and define the appropriate solution tied to tied to the desired business outcomes
- Own and confidently deliver custom presentations, product demonstrations, discovery sessions and proofs of value of Amplitude’s solution to Directors, VPs and C-level executives to secure the technical win
- Deliver reference architecture presentations to communicate the value of Amplitude to data architects and other technical teams
- Work closely in your day to day with Account Executives, Product Managers, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buying experience for our potential customers
- Scope and lead hands-on evaluations with potential customers to ensure they are effectively learning and engaging with the platform
- As needed, travel to customer on-sites to deliver demos and presentations to build strong customer relationships
You’ll be a great addition to the team if:
- You have five or more years of enterprise software pre-sales experience with experience working large six-figure deals
- You have a technical background with 3+ years experience in relevant fields including analytics, data infrastructure, customer data platforms (CDPs), customer engagement platforms, experimentation and feature flagging platforms
- You are familiar with common data ingestion methods including web and mobile SDKs and data lakes, data warehouses and data lakes
- You are familiar with common data activation channels such as Salesforce, Braze and Intercom
- You like to help define how to build strategy and address new markets and verticals
- You get charged up by the idea of working with a high-performing, highly-collaborative, highly-communicative coworkers

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $152,000 - $228,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
