Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • 15+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Strong expertise in parenteral drug delivery systems
  • Broad technical background (mechanics, materials, processes, electronics)
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory and normative requirements (ISO 13485, ISO 11608, MDR, FDA, Human Factors)
  • Proven experience leading transversal, multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Ability to connect innovation drivers across formulation, device, and patient usability
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French
Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the Early‑Stage innovation portfolio in collaboration with Category Managers
  • Translate market and customer needs into technical briefs and innovation concepts
  • Lead and coordinate Early‑Stage initiatives as Program Manager / Product Development Leader until project launch
  • Monitor technology trends, regulatory evolutions, and competitor solutions in the parenteral ecosystem
  • Drive technology scouting, benchmarking, and patent analyses to support the innovation roadmap
  • Provide high‑level technical expertise during portfolio reviews and customer interactions
  • Develop and manage external partnerships (suppliers, startups, research institutes, universities)
  • Represent Nemera at scientific conferences, technical committees, and industry working groups
  • Strengthen Nemera’s scientific credibility through publications, webinars, and conferences
