Responsibilities
  • Responds to Solar leads
  • Works Leads and self gen for Solar leads in assigned territories
  • Qualifying Prospects for Solar
  • Generates demand and appointments in Solar sales
  • Designs and Prices Solar/Storage systems
  • Guides customers through contract signing and the post-sale journey
  • Monthly Sales Quota: 10 Sales
  • Reach out to potential customers, handle inbound leads, and nurture relationships through calls, emails, and video conferencing.
  • Perform detailed energy assessments to understand customers' energy usage, preferences, and savings goals.
  • Present customized solar solutions, explaining the system's impact on energy costs, financing options, and the technical setup.
  • Educate customers on solar energy benefits, equipment, installation process, and maintenance.
  • Maintain organized records in Salesforce, track the customer journey, and ensure follow-ups for seamless sales experience.
  • Provide accurate price quotes, discuss financing options, and assist customers through the application and approval process.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the process, address concerns, and aim to exceed expectations.
  • Work with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
