Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in outside sales and networking within the community.
  • Strong motivation to create a positive impact on both internal and external individuals as our FIRST Community Development Representative.
  • Innate ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving set quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with a minimum of 50% travel within the state of Florida.
  • Prior experience making calls' to primary care providers is an added bonus
Responsibilities
  • Exceed personal sales targets by generating and qualifying patient leads
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate sales efforts to increase patient acquisition through MSO partnership, referral leads, and working through health systems
  • Foster and cultivate leads for the NuvoAir brand through regular activities and events
  • Conduct extensive community outreach activities to raise brand awareness and engage with the community
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and partnerships with agents/agencies
  • Build strong professional networks internally and externally
  • Identify and address potential patients' needs, conducting thorough research and providing effective solutions
  • Communicate effectively in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, and across diverse styles and positions
  • Leverage relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and knowledge
