We are searching for a full-time Quality Engineer whose work will help us improve the capabilities of our AI software products, which combine state-of-the-art perception algorithms with powerful adaptive decision-making abilities. Our products endow industrial robots with the level of autonomy needed to perform an extensive variety of useful tasks and integrate tightly with our customers’ complex software environments.
As one of our Quality Engineers you will enable us to embrace quality and testing as a part of our culture. You will be involved in all stages of development, from inception and initial implementation to deployment to customers. You will collaborate with all engineering teams including integrations, robot control, machine learning, and more.

What You’ll be Doing
- Test leadership from within Scrum Teams, working with Developers and Product to document edge cases as early as possible in the agile process
- Perform Performance Testing and Benchmarking
- Mentor SW Engineers on test best practices
- Utilize existing Test Infrastructure acting as a liaison for Test Infrastructure feature requests
- Spending at least 50% of your time working with robots testing out software, and the remaining on scaling our testing via Python automated testing
Experience and Skills You’ll Need
- Experience configuring hardware such as Robots, IOT devices etc
- Experience iterating on Acceptance Criteria from specifications through to releasing software to customers
- Demonstrable experience writing Python (or similar), scaling testing with Integration, Contract and/or API Testing
- Professional experience of 4-6 years in an agile environment as a QE (or similar)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (we do sponsor H1B transfer)
Bonus if You Have
- Test Lead Experience
- Robotics / IOT / Warehouse Automation experience
- Worked with robotic manipulation hardware: arms, 3D cameras, force sensors
- Experience with the application of CI/CD in the development process
- Deeply integrate with our PLC/WMS/Scrum Team(s) to validate integrations with Customers
