  • 3+ years' experience administering HR Information Systems, UKG preferred
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
  • Highly organized, with excellent time-management and follow-up skills
  • Experience building UKG BI reports and dashboards, strongly preferred
  • Administer the HRIS, UKG, which includes, but is not limited to: Updating employees records with compensation, title, manager changes etc. Building and running reports out of UKG BI as requested Troubleshooting access issues
  • Manage the UKG Learning Management System (LMS), partnering with Compliance and L&D as needed
  • Manage audits and compliance tasks such as EEO-1 reporting, I-9 audits, HRIS access audits, SOX audits, etc
  • Manage the department's intranet page
  • Assist with mid-year and annual performance review process
  • Manage state and federal labor law posting requirements
  • Assist with the processing of immigration cases
  • Assist with special projects such as the implementation of new systems, cleaning up HRIS data, building data fields in UKG, creating UKG BI Dashboards, etc
  • Support the People Operations Coordinator with their duties as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, running onboarding on a quarterly basis and assisting with offboarding and employment verification tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
