As a Mechanical Technical Leader of the HA Micromixer Team, you will be an active contributor to delivering quality products across the DLN2.6e platforms that differentiate GE Vernova from its competition. You will be empowered to design and create solutions for the most advanced and highest performing combustion systems on the market.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Provide technical guidance to a team of engineers responsible for the DLN2.6e system.
• Coach and mentor young engineers.
• Design combustion systems to meet product requirements.
• Interact with Global Combustion Community to establish and communicate best practices and latest technical breakthroughs.
• Use CFD and FEA results to drive decisions
• Manage requisition jobs through on time completion of PLM Tasks
• Work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Repair, Design and Supplier Quality organizations to meet schedule commitments and deliver high quality products to our customers.
• Implements lean and continuous improvement to engineering tasks.
• Effectively document and present results in formal and informal reviews
• Collaborate cross functionally with systems engineering team to achieve product requirements
• Proactively and effectively communicate project specific status and schedule / technical risk.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related engineering / science from an accredited college or University
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.

What will make you stand out

• Masters in Engineering or related engineering / science from an accredited college or University
• 6 or more years of Combustion Mechanical Design Experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage several projects across multiple competing priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated capability in collaborating with global teams.

The base pay range for this position is  111,200.00 - 185,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus.
