Requirements
- The candidate must be a confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced, service-focused role.
- The candidate must be a proactive problem solver and team player.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must follow food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies.
- The candidate must have experience within the service industry.
- The candidate must have knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
- The candidate must have knowledge of food safety and licensing laws.
Responsibilities
- Help guests and create positive experiences.
- Manage hotel room inventory and check guests in and out according to Moxy procedures.
- Operate food and beverage outlets according to Moxy procedures.
- Manage all bills and payments correctly.
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize back-of-house areas.
- Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
- Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Personal experience of travel and the travel industry is useful.
