  • Experience handling major cyber incidents in a primarily Windows environment, experience in a heavily mixed Linux/Windows environment a plus
  • Experience performing the role of Incident Commander, coordinating incident response across multiple internal cross-functional teams and external parties
  • Has the technical knowledge to direct our response team and prioritize resources during an incident
  • Can identify and deliver on opportunities to improve our incident response and incident management capabilities
  • Ability and desire to teach the people around you based on the experience you have, via tabletops, drills, and simulated incidents
