  • Coordinate the procurement of critical reagents, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving materials
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of reagents to maintain their integrity and quality
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reagent inventory, including lot numbers, certificates of analysis, and usage logs
  • Perform regular quality checks on reagents to ensure they meet required specifications and standards
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality control procedures
  • Author and submit reagent replacement/regeneration protocols, data, and reports to be reviewed by regulatory agencies for approval
  • Manage the implementation of newly approved reagents using Change Control system to manage updates to regulatory filings, internal documents, and quality systems
  • Work closely with the quality control team to forecast reagent needs and address any inventory-related issues and present the state of critical reagents to senior management
