Requirements
  • Ten or more years of demonstrated experience in human resources, business consulting, organizational development and/or learning and development, including at least five years of proven experience leading teams in a large, complex environment.
  • Experience partnering with learning and human resources leaders to formulate and execute a coordinated strategy through a matrixed structure.
  • At least three years of demonstrated experience in learning analysis, solution design and development.
  • Experience in multiple learning solution techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with large program initiation and management.
  • Experience interacting with and influencing executives and peers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and governing artificial intelligence-enabled and automated learning solutions, including generative artificial intelligence authoring, agentic workflows, and Power Platform tools, in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise required learning programs with regulatory, compliance, and multi-country deployment complexity.
  • Experience founding or sustaining professional learning communities and governance structures across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with peers, learning leaders, Human Resources Operations, and Procurement to provide oversight and governance of learning vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Scan the external environment for learning innovations and technologies and evaluate new partners for potential collaboration.
  • Partner with Talent Management leaders, the digital learning architect, and other key partners to ensure effective use of learning technology.
  • Direct the application of automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and generative artificial intelligence or agentic workflows to simplify learner and content-owner experiences, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish governance standards enabling learning designers across the enterprise to safely and consistently integrate artificial intelligence and automation into their work.
  • Capture, analyze, and report key learning metrics across Talent Management.
  • Partner with Talent Management and enterprise learning leaders to support ongoing internal and external professional development related to learning expertise.
  • Translate learning impact data into executive-level narratives, data visualizations, and storytelling to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder influence.
  • Lead or contribute to external benchmarking and award submissions, including Training Magazine, ATD BEST, and Learning Elite.
  • Chair and sustain enterprise learning communities of practice, including the Learning Leader Advisory Committee, Learning Accelerator, LEARNx series, and Learning Leader Exchange.
  • Coordinate and deliver artificial intelligence and automation learning experiences for learning professionals.
  • Direct the design and development of large-scale enterprise learning solutions through varied digital delivery methods for learner populations at all levels.
  • Guide the team in human-centered design approaches, including persona development, journey mapping, iterative user research, front-end design thinking, user experience principles, and agile or iterative design.
  • Serve as program lead and strategic owner for enterprise required learning, overseeing deployment calendars, compliance standards, and cross-functional governance.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of required learning programs with country-specific regulatory requirements, including India-specific mandates, while managing vendors and ensuring accessibility and compliance across global associate populations.
  • Own and continuously evolve digital learning hubs and enterprise knowledge environments, including the Learning Accelerator Teams space and Learning Excellence Project Repository.
  • Ensure intuitive navigation, current content, and a cohesive associate and leader experience across owned digital properties.
  • Coach, mentor, engage, and motivate a team of digital learning experience designers.
  • Hire and develop talent, provide consistent coaching and feedback, and complete leader administrative functions.
