  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise data architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Design and implement data models, data flow diagrams, and data integration processes to support business needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to identify data requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the Advanced Analytics and AI teams to support data-driven initiatives and ensure the availability of high-quality data for advanced analytics and machine learning projects.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the data architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data architects, data engineers, and other team members.
  • Develop and manage the data architecture budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
