Requirements
  • 3+ years of compliance risk management experience in Financial Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of financial services related laws and regulations
  • Prior professional services, financial services, or regulatory experience
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Strong orientation to deadlines and detail
  • Commercially-oriented creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to embrace and champion core values
  • Mature, professional, and of unquestionable integrity
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of a Compliance Issues Management process
  • Analyze regulations and their applicability to products and services
  • Execute projects as directed by the manager
  • Monitor adherence to policies and procedures
  • Identify potential areas of weakness and strengthen control environment
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions and escalate when appropriate
  • Foster collaboration and provide cross-functional support within the department
