Requirements
  • 12+ years of progressive finance or management consulting experience with a BS/BA in finance, accounting or a related field required
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required
Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning, comprehensive analysis of financial reports and KPIs and risk-management to provide in-depth analysis on financial performance to enhance executive and business decision-support to grow the company
  • Forecasts and analyzing key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, revenue, and EBITDA contribution
Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis experience within health care with a strong understanding of value-based care or experience in a growth or business development function preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail to produce insights into the department's financial performance
  • Exceptional critical-thinking, quantitative skills and business judgment -- ability to synthesize complex probabilistic performance inputs actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to a non-financial audience
  • Strong internal customer service focus, with strong interpersonal skills -- excellent at communication, building relationships, and working across all company levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - must thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment, thrive working independently, and effectively handle competing priorities
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity; ability to embrace change and build structure into a less defined work environment
  • Ability to use independent judgment and work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resilience, and a high level of ownership
