- Java development - 4+ years
- Working experience with Servlets/JSP, Java persistence (Hibernate, EJB, JDBC) is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Databases/SQL
- Web applications and web systems design/architecture - 3+ years
- Web development - HTML/XHTML
- Excellent personal presentation, oral, and written skills also required

- Design and implement applications and services using Java, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Flash, and mobile platform languages
- Work with other team members to identify and implement features and functionality that create a unique and superior experience for the customers
- Build back-end functionality, providing services across multiple application tiers
- Use modern Java development libraries and toolkits including Tapestry, Hibernate, MySQL, and others to create feature-rich web applications
- Follow standard Agile development methodologies to implement solutions
- Collaborate with other programmers, designers and artists
- Mobile systems interfaces (push notifications, server persistence, game interfaces, event management, etc.)
- Eclipse, Tapestry, Hibernate, and/or other Java "community" toolkits
- AJAX/JavaScript programming
- Web Services/SOA/SCA
- Web Portal Applications Programming (Portlets, Wiki, Blogs, etc.)
- High-volume web site development
- Windows and Linux deployment experience
