  • Bachelors’ Degree and four (4) years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation efforts, project management or relevant health care industry experience.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience with large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations.
  • Problem resolution experience and skills.
  • Negotiations skills.
  • Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develops a deep understanding of business needs, energetically finds an appropriate solution, and leads that solution through delivery.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, project management, and technology partners to drive projects from business case analysis through implementation.
