Requirements
  • 2+ years of general IT support experience, with 5+ years of experience in planning, development, implementation, and management of enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Proven track record of implementing process automation and integrations that scale
  • Experience with security and compliance audits
  • Familiarity with security tooling such as IAM, SIEM, EDR, firewalls, etc..
  • Knowledge in cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS and GCP as it relates to hosting and managing automation workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences with customer focus.
Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and administer SaaS system changes and administer access to systems and information within approved IT security, Compliance and Legal policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and manage automation for SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and many others) to improve efficiency and solve repetitive tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for new automations, process refinements, and enhanced security measures.
  • Develop and maintain security detection alerts, and create run books based on the detections.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues - both hardware and software
