- Develop and manage automation for SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and many others) to improve efficiency and solve repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for new automations, process refinements, and enhanced security measures.
- Develop and maintain security detection alerts, and create run books based on the detections.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
- Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues - both hardware and software
