Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the systems engineering lifecycle for acquisition programs/projects or major functional areas
  • Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods to develop technical analysis, strategies, and solutions
  • Oversee network engineering and configuration of data information systems supporting program objectives
  • Support or lead program management functions, ensuring integration of technical and managerial goals
  • Facilitate business process reengineering and specialty engineering disciplines such as communications engineering, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors analysis, reliability and maintainability, systems security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure system requirements and designs meet program goals
  • Utilize Atlassian tools like Confluence and JIRA for documentation, issue tracking, and workflow management
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, documentation, and briefings related to systems engineering efforts
