Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate processes within the team using Agile Scrum
  • Guide and coach the team on using a variety of principles and practices that stem from using Agile Scrum, Kanban & SAFe
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products by identifying and troubleshooting obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
  • Define & track KPIs
  • Help teams deliver high-quality products/features on time
  • Define principles & practices that a team can adopt to drive efficient delivery
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
  • Partner with management to deliver status and performance updates
  • Own the roadmap for the Digital Commerce backend
  • Own the delivery lifecycle for a defined set of production systems
  • Actively monitor key metrics, reports on trends, and make improvement recommendations
  • Review product roadmaps and guide intake acceptance for a set of production systems
  • Be the main contributor for product roadmaps
  • Work with developers and product management to prioritise the product backlog
