Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software asset management or a related role.
  • Knowledge of hardware licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in hardware asset management tools (Flexera/ServiceNow) and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSAM, ITIL) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze hardware asset data and creating reports.
  • Execute reconciliation by comparing license entitlements with discovered hardware installations to determine effective license position for in-scope publishers.
  • Analyze reconciliation reports to determine required actions to address non-compliant hardware installations.
  • Manage the remediation of non-compliant hardware installations.
  • Provide timely and accurate data during the software contract renewal process.
  • Analyze hardware usage reports and recommend removal for infrequently used hardware.
  • Collect data and report on the effectiveness of the hardware asset management processes.
  • Identify requirements to modify HAM processes.
