Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the network and production systems operations strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers, systems engineers, and automation development, ensuring high performance and growth
  • Conduct analysis and implement improvements to maintain optimal health and efficiency of physical network and production systems distributed across sites throughout the US
  • Proven hands on experience building and maintaining large scale, world class alerting and monitoring systems
  • Establish and manage an effective incident response protocol, ensuring rapid response and resolution of both network and production system issues
  • Implement and manage solutions for monitoring, deploying, and maintaining computer vision hardware across diverse environments
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to plan and implement scaling for both network and production systems to accommodate growth
  • Manage the operational budget, making cost-effective decisions regarding resources, tools, and technology investments
  • Collaborate with network and hardware vendors, negotiate SLAs, and manage vendor performance
  • Proactively implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
  • Some travel will be required for critical launch success, corporate meetings, etc. (25% Travel expected)
