The Impact U will make:
- Report to our Head of Financial Services and lead business development efforts across Asset & Wealth Management
- Promote lead generation activities for both outbound and inbound contacts and work with other go-to-market teams to organize and oversee efforts
- Work with our clients’ business and technology executives to lead them from initial learning about Unqork through a fully-thought through solution or set of solutions to meet their immediate business needs
- Work closely with key technology and SI partners at key client accounts and relationships to coordinate holistic solutioning
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior technology, business, operation and procurement leadership at clients to understand strategic priorities and identify opportunity areas where using the Unqork platform would be advantageous to them
- Understand customer requirements, priorities, budgets and serve as a customer advocate within Unqork
- Work cross-functionally within Unqork to deliver demos, proposals, POCs, and pitches and successfully demonstrate how Unqork can help customers realize their goals
- Manage pipeline, opportunity, forecasting and other items related to normal go-to-market responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end acceptance and onboarding of the Unqork platform by working with all client teams including business lines, IT/architecture, operations, sourcing, legal, information security, and others
- Commit to your team’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application
What U bring:
- 8+ years of experience working in technology and digital transformation, with experience in consulting, digital product or significant exposure to consultative enterprise technology platform sales
- Fluency in Asset & Wealth Management with depth in strategic and digital transformation efforts
- Experience working with functional (business) and technology stakeholders in an agile environment, to frame requirements, build business cases and define timelines
- Success in developing trusted customer relationships to drive organic growth and leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to acquire new clients
- Strong executive presence and articulate presentation and story-telling skills
- Experience being part of a collaborative / team selling process with ownership of the end-to-end go-to-market cycle.
- Experience building relationships with senior executives and using your domain expertise to translate complex client needs into implementable solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly and succinctly

💲 Hiring Ranges:
- Tier 1: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE
- Tier 2: $270,000 - $315,000 OTE
Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges, including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE, employees may also be eligible to receive company equity in the form of stock options.
An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries. As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate’s location. We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.
Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:
- Tier 1: New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Washington, D.C. Metro
- Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
