  • 4 or more years of software sales experience
  • Experience in selling software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate and Finance
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to communicate effectively and identify sales opportunities

Responsibilities
  • Professionally represent MRI and suite of corporate occupier software solutions
  • Develop strong working knowledge of MRI’s corporate occupier solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal targets
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate terms with clients
  • Liaise with Professional Services for quotations and proposals
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and handle sales negotiation
  • Work closely with stakeholders within the business
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage opportunities in Salesforce
  • Proactively prospect client base for new opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
