Job Description Summary

Performs a variety of mechanical tasks related to performing general maintenance on university buildings. Hours for this 4 day, 10 hour position are Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated two or more years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs in multiple maintenance trade areas.

Working Conditions

Continuous standing or walking, frequent climbing, and lifting of materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Somewhat disagreeable working conditions. Some exposure to several unpleasant elements which are particularly disagreeable.
