Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Energetic, mature, positive person who can work independently
  • Ability to work with high confidentiality
  • Experience with Google Suite, including Gmail, Cal and Docs
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, sign and deliver packages, send company-wide announcements
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondences including mail and fax
  • Order office supplies, manage and track all orders, keep supplies stocked and organized, manage vendor relations, and maintain office equipment
  • Coordinate meals for meetings and events
  • Perform administrative tasks, make travel arrangements, answer phones, manage visiting employees and teams
  • Assist with corporate-wide initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting on-site interviews
  • Assist with coordinating office socials and events
  • Assist in overseeing office expansions
  • Run business errands as needed
