Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide cross-regional teams throughout NORAM and APAC
- Drive the transformation of our team to a proactive, service-oriented center of excellence
- Foster a sense of community and belonging within our organization
- Plan and coordinate events, activities, and initiatives that encourage collaboration, networking, and employee well-being
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of local events, both in-person and virtual
- Develop strategies to create a safe, positive, productive, and functional workplace
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, executives, external partners, and vendors
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and optimize the employee journey
- Liaise and align with local Leadership Teams to stay updated on business needs, flagging potential conflicts, and providing coordination at the site level as needed
