- Completed master craftsman examination in the motor vehicle technician trade or a comparable trade.
- Practical experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repair.
- Physical fitness to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day.
- Serve as the technical point of contact in the workshop and support the workshop manager in daily operations.
- Take technical responsibility for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles.
- Support the workshop manager with organization and daily operational processes.
- Provide instruction and technical support to mechanics, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Assist with complex diagnostics and technical questions.
- Work operationally in the workshop.
- Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
- Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience as an automotive master technician or as an automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification.
- Recognition of qualifications acquired abroad is supported.
