Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op
- Must be pursuing at least a Bachelors level degree
- Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
- Ability to commit to a 10-12 week, full time (40 hours per week) summer internship
Responsibilities
- Under the mentoring guidance of Senior Regulatory reviewer(s), learn and develop understanding of Advertising and Promotion regulatory principles
- With supervision, may involve in review of low-risk promotional materials and participate in cross functional review meetings
- Assist with investigating and resolving compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc
- Assist with implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes, regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements
- May participate in an audit or evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations

- Pursuing a degree in a life science or STEM-related discipline
- Prior Project management experience
- Assertive / Not afraid to raise questions
