Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and processes.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support or related roles.
